Privacy Policy
Hire Contractors Texas is operated by QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC (d/b/a CallerSync). This page explains what we collect when you submit the form and how we use it. Plain language, no surprises.
1. What we collect
- Your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the service you need.
- Optional: email, free-text notes, photos you upload.
- Your consent record: timestamp, IP address, browser, and the exact disclosure text you saw, signed with a tamper-evident hash.
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, page URL).
- A recording of your visit to this site — the pages you view, your clicks, scrolling, and navigation — captured by our own first-party session-replay technology. The text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured in the replay.
2. Why we collect it
- To route your request to the single local contractor we match in your ZIP code who can help.
- To contact you by phone (and SMS, only if introduced and only with separate opt-in) about your specific request. An AI voice assistant may call you first to confirm details, and calls may be recorded for quality and compliance.
- To prove you consented, if anyone ever asks (TCPA / DNC audits).
- To prevent fraud — bot submissions, spam, abuse.
We use the information you submit only to fulfill the specific service request you made. We do not use it for general marketing, newsletters, or unrelated promotions, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
3. Who receives your information
- The single licensed local contractor we match to your specific service request. After the match, they become an independent recipient of that information and use it solely to contact you about the job you asked about.
- Our service providers acting under written agreements: Twilio (telephony), Vapi and OpenAI (AI voice assistant and transcription), Stripe (any payments by contractors), SendGrid (email), Hetzner (hosting).
- Law enforcement if compelled by valid legal process.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising or marketing networks or with multiple competing contractors at once. We share it only with the single contractor we match to your specific request — never for unrelated marketing — and we never add you to a marketing list.
4. How long we keep it
- Lead and call details: up to 24 months, then anonymized or deleted.
- Consent records: at least 4 years from your last interaction (TCPA statute of limitations).
- Server logs: 30 days.
5. Tracking technologies and advertising
We use a small number of tracking technologies. We do not load any of them until you give consent in the cookie banner, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically.
- Essential — first-party cookies for security, anti-fraud, and to remember your consent choice. Always on. No tracking purpose.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Pageviews, traffic sources, and aggregate behavior. IP anonymized. We do not share GA4 identifiers with advertisers. Loaded only after you accept analytics in the banner.
- Advertising — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Conversion measurement (form submissions) and remarketing audiences. Loaded only after you accept advertising in the banner. Disabled automatically if your browser sends a GPC signal.
- Session recording — we run our own first-party session-replay technology that records how you interact with this site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and form activity, with the text you type masked). We and our staff review these recordings to prevent fraud and abuse, debug problems, resolve disputes, and document that the consent disclosure was shown to you before you submitted. The recording is stored on our own infrastructure; it is not sold or shared with advertisers.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: by default, all advertising and analytics storage is denied at page load. Your choice in the banner is what unlocks them. You can change your choice anytime via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or by clearing this site's cookies. We do not use device fingerprinting or cross-site identity graphs.
We do not sell your personal information for money. The CCPA/CPRA and Texas TDPSA definitions of "sharing" can still cover some pixel-based advertising, so we treat any advertising-cookie use as a "share" you can opt out of at any time.
6. Your rights
- Opt out of all contact at any time via our Do-Not-Call page or by replying STOP to any message.
- Opt out of advertising sharing via our Do Not Sell or Share page or the cookie banner.
- Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request". See Privacy Rights for details on California, Texas, and other state-specific rights.
7. Children
This site is for adults requesting service in Texas. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Security
TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, signed consent records, role-based access for staff. No system is 100% secure; you submit at your own discretion.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted on this page is the version in effect.
