What this opts you out of
- Advertising cookies and pixels (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) on this site.
- Cross-context behavioral advertising and remarketing audiences.
- Sharing of identifiers (hashed email or phone) with advertising platforms.
We do not sell personal information for money. The CCPA/CPRA definition of "sharing" can still cover some pixel-based ad measurement, which is why this opt-out exists.
Already protected
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically — advertising cookies are off by default for your session.
- If you reject advertising in our cookie banner, the same protections apply on this device.

The form below records a durable opt-out tied to your email or phone. We'll suppress that contact across our system and revoke any active consent on file. If you also want to stop calls and messages, use our Do-Not-Call page.

What happens after you submit
- We log the request, the timestamp, your IP, and your browser.
- If you provided a phone number, we add it to our suppression list and revoke any active consent on file.
- If you provided an email, we record it as opted out of all sharing for advertising.
- Authorized agents may submit on your behalf — include your written authorization in the "Note" field or email it to us.
