Hire Contractors Texas is a free service operated by QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC (d/b/a CallerSync) at hirecontractorstexas.com. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
You submit a short form describing the service you need and your ZIP code. We connect you with one licensed local contractor who can help. We do not provide the services requested. We connect you with independent contractors. We do not perform the work ourselves — we are a lead routing platform.
2. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that any specific contractor will be available, that they will accept your job, or that the price they quote will match your expectations. Use of this site is at your own discretion.
3. Not responsible for the contractor's work
The contractor matched to you is an independent business. They — not Hire Contractors Texas — are responsible for the work they perform, their licensing, insurance, warranties, scheduling, pricing, and customer service. Disputes about the work itself are between you and the contractor.
4. Use of this site
You agree to:
- provide accurate information (your real phone number, ZIP, and service request),
- not use the form to submit fraudulent or test requests,
- not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Communications
When you submit the form you consent to be contacted about your specific request — see the consent disclosure on the form and our Privacy Policy for details. You can opt out at any time via our Do-Not-Call page or by replying STOP to any message.
5a. Site session recording
To keep the site secure and to document that you received the consent disclosure before submitting, we record your session on this site using our own first-party session-replay technology. The recording captures the pages you view, your clicks, scrolling, navigation, and form activity; the text you type into fields is masked and is not recorded. We and our staff may review these recordings to prevent fraud and abuse, debug problems, resolve disputes, and establish a record of your interaction with the site. Recordings are stored on our own infrastructure, are not sold or shared with advertisers, and are governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRE CONTRACTORS TEXAS AND QVANTUS CAPITAL LLC ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE WORK PERFORMED BY ANY MATCHED CONTRACTOR. THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".
